The French National Observatory of Delinquency (OND) launched “Cartocrime” on April 29th.
Cartocrime is an application built by GALIGEO based on ESRI technology.
This Website is to be “the first general public focused cartographic solution for information on delinquency”. For each French department, it is now possible to view the number of thefts, robberies or homicides on a monthly basis.
